Confidential Professional Translation

Most translation agencies routinely work with hundreds of different translators covering different language pairs. Many translation agencies are not well organised.

Our clients trust us to translate highly confidential information.

Some of our clients have a duty of care to their clients which they must consider when passing work to us. For example under the Solicitors Account Rules or the FSA rules, a legal firm or a bank who gives us work is responsible for ensuring they are not putting their clients’ data into an unsafe environment.

There isn’t a good remedy for a breach of confidentiality. It’s therefore better to get comfortable that there will not be a breach. How can you be sure?

You can take some comfort from our client list: magic circle law firms, leading investment banks, large corporate, prominent governmental and non-governmental agencies.

You can also do what they did: audit us. You will find that we have not only have signed translator working contracts which include non-disclosure agreements for all of our translators, but we are also able to produce these agreements on demand. Scanned agreements are attached to the individual translator profiles in our database and are mandatory for each translator.

Audit us and you will also find we have a very high level of IT security and encryption both at our secure server facility and also at our offsite back up location.

For some extremely sensitive documents, we have developed a secure online translation environment where we are able to connect directly to a specific translator who translates the document online in order that there is no image of the document left on his or her machine.
