Thanks to our innovative approaches to delivering high-quality translations, we’ve attracted new clients and won lots of awards since we started out back in 2005.
We always attributed our success to the healthy, long-term relationships we have developed with our clients as a result of the work we’ve done for them. We mainly work on transcreation projects in the marketing and advertising, ecommerce, technology and publishing sectors but also have extensive experience providing translations for the legal, financial, energy, life sciences and government sectors.
Over the last decade we’ve been able to build up a network of over 9,500 in-country, native translators with specialist skills and experience in these sectors. In order to ensure that we always allocate the right translators to specific projects or jobs, we have developed our proprietary translation workflow management software STREAM and employ a large team of dedicated talent management professionals to help develop these teams for specific clients or sectors.
By using technology to optimise the translation process for quality and efficiency, we’ve been able to pass successive audits including the ISO9001 and ISO 17100 quality standards and allowed our clients the highest levels of transparency and control of their translated content, translation memory and glossaries.
The processes we’ve put in place for our clients have allowed us to be recognised as industry leaders and we’ve won a number of awards in the recent past including inclusion in the Deloitte Fast 50, The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 league table and The Media Momentum award.
