1. All Premium translations are sold with a 100% satisfaction warranty covering returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will work on your translation until you are fully satisfied with the finished product, within reason. Standard service translations are not subject to the warranty.
2. All translations returned to TranslateMedia with quality issues should be delivered with comments and an explanation as to the perceived issues with the translation and where translations have been re-worked by your team or third parties, these changes should be provided in full to TranslateMedia. TranslateMedia will perform a third party quality check drawing on independent professional linguists from the Institute of Translation and Interpreting or American Translators’ Association.
3. RETURNS :- To return a translation within the 30 day period, contact TranslateMedia by Email, either to your Project Manager contact, or to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the original Order Number and translation issued.
4. CANCELLATIONS :- To cancel an order not yet delivered please contact your TranslateMedia project manager by Email, or by Email to email@example.com. Please include the original Order Number issued at time of purchase.
TranslateMedia endeavours to not charge cancellation fees, but please be aware that TranslateMedia may have to charge you for part of the work, should the cancellation occur after significant work.
