Our main clients are leading players in the creative, e-commerce and media sectors, as well as legal, pharmaceutical and financial sectors. As the company expands we are looking for somebody who has the organisational skills and experience to manage the company resources out of the London office.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and efficient, with a professional attitude, and a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are necessary along with an eye for detail, and a degree of IT skill.
The right candidate will be have a background in administration, recruitment, HR or office management, and be fluent in written and spoken English. Experience in any or a combination of these fields is required.
Reporting to the Operations Director and Managing Director, the person who accepts the role will be expected to take responsibility for:
- Managing internal HR requirements, sourcing candidates, and co-ordinating the interview process
- Resourcing office supplies and ensuring that office policies are developed, and adhered to as the company grows
- Managing performance review scheduling and record-keeping
- Managing training schedules and record keeping
